We're looking for someone to join our team as a Speech Pathologist who:

Oversees the overall management of patient care. Evaluates and treats patients using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential, as ordered by referring physicians. Provides treatments while adhering to the national and state Practice Acts, as applicable.

 

Essential Functions:

Reviews patient information before evaluations and during course of treatment.Conducts and documents comprehensive patient assessments.Assists in data collection of patient outcomes.Instructs and directs support staff, as outlined in national and state Practice Acts.Supervises assistants and support staff.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

 

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required

Master's Degree: Preferred

 

Required Licenses/Certifications: 

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required

American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Preferred

Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: Required
