We're looking for someone to join our team as a Provider Talent Advisor (Outpatient) who:

Contributes to the outpatient provider recruitment and maintaining provider contracts. Collects data on retention, staffing, and budgetary compliance. Conducts mid-level recruitment and liaison activities. Participates in site visits, reference checks, and ensuring proper documentation is completed. Supports the planning of special events, and provides input on advertising brochures and materials.


Essential Functions:

  • Performs recruitment activities identified in the physician development plan. Assists in screening, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates. Submits background checks. Provides data for recruitment and retention plan.
  • Monitors internal databank to source candidates. Ensures database accuracy and availability of online contracts. Maintains provider contracts and submits them to recruitment committees.
  • Assists in researching, developing and preparing budgets for new programs. Assists in updating physician development plan.
  • Assists with advertising materials and monitoring website.
  • Tracks budget for each physician visit and updated physician resource and development plans.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


You'll be successful with the following qualifications:



  • Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred


Work Experience: 

  • Three years provider recruitment experience: Preferred


Required Licenses/Certifications: 

  • Human Resource certification or ASPR Fellowship equivalent: Preferred
