We're looking for someone to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager who:

Provides technical support in the areas of writing, editing, desktop layout, social media and website direction. Coordinates production, distribution and placement of external publications, and electronic marketing communications. Develops and coordinates web and digital strategy through targeted multi-channel marketing programs to expand mission impact and build long-term, sustainable relationships.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages all internal and external websites. Instructs website vendors for implementation of programing code, content and design changes. Updates page content where applicable and makes changes to sites as appropriate. Reports coding bugs to vendors. Develops user-friendly content that aids in search engine marketing/search engine optimization. Implements new websites as needed. Analyzes metrics and reports on desktop sites. Makes recommendations for future marketing opportunities based on key performance data.
  • Directs and implements social media advertising campaigns and digital initiatives including mobile. Manages all social media channels and posts appropriate content on a consistent basis. Monitors social media outlets daily and responds to comments as appropriate.
  • Directs search engine marketing and search engine optimization campaigns for all websites and facilitates the implementation of keywords and meta tags. Determines keyword selection with vendors based on regional search terminology. Manages and maintains search engine marketing vendor relationships.
  • Researches new vendors and companies that assist web and social media and makes recommendations to department director.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


You'll be successful with the following qualifications:


  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Five years' experience in digital media, website development or design: Preferred
  • Three years experience in a healthcare setting: Preferred
  • Desktop publishing and web experience: Preferred
