We're looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Service Associate (Outpatient) who:

Assists patients in the timely, efficient, accurate settlement of their accounts. Works on routine assignments within defined parameters, established guidelines and precedents. Follows established procedures and receives daily instructions on work.


Essential Functions:

  • Involves insurance verification, rebilling, adjustments, collections, charge entry, posting and record management of these accounts. Applies developing/basic working knowledge and experience to the job.
  • Answers the telephone pleasantly and promptly. Routes call appropriately or takes complete messages.
  • Participates and contributes constructively to produce results in a cooperative effort.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


You'll be successful with the following qualifications:



  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred


Work Experience: 

  • Medical billing experience: Preferred
