We're looking for someone to join our team as a Associate Physician Liaison who:

Develops and maintains strong relationships with physicians to build loyalty, drive physician engagement and strengthen the organization-physician relationship. Works to increase understanding of the health care needs of the community with the intent of driving service line growth. Facilitates actionable tactics that will help develop the brand and specific service lines of the organization.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Focuses on problem solving and enhancing relationships, managing service needs and collaborating with key clinical areas to ensure all physicians are informed about service offerings.
  • Acts as a service link between the Medical Group and the surrounding community of independent physicians. Communicates programs and services to existing and potential referral sources with the goal of increasing referrals to the facility.
  • Represents the organization/facility at community events, meetings and conferences. Assists with organizing organization/facility sponsored presentations/events. Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing referral sources.
  • Serves on interdepartmental and intradepartmental committees, and acts as liaison to the community and agencies on behalf of the facility.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

 

Education: 

  • Associate's/Technical Degree in marketing, sales or healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

 

Work Experience: 

  • Healthcare experience: Preferred

 

Required Licenses/Certifications: 

  • Valid Driver's License (DL): Required
